One of the most common things we hear is, “Man… I wish y’all would come play near me.” And we get it. Not everyone can make it down to the coast where we usually perform. For years, we’ve been touring the Gulf Coast on our sailboat Creola, bringing music to marinas, beach bars, and waterfront venues. But the reality is, that lifestyle keeps us tied to the water.
Now, with the addition of the Lil Dinghy (Our Tour Van), we finally have a way to go beyond the coastline and reach the places that have been asking for us. The inland towns. The listening rooms. The backyards. The venues near you. That’s what this is all about—bringing the dock to the people who can’t get to it.
🧭 How the “#BOATCREW Family Built Tour” Works
We’re doing something different for 2026. Instead of booking a traditional tour, we’re building it together with the #BOATCREW Family.
If we can line up three venues within the same regional area that cover our minimum travel expenses, we will turn that into an official leg of our 2026 tour. Once that happens, our booking agent takes over—coordinating with the venues, locking in the dates, and building out a full run. We handle all the logistics. We just need the connections to get in the door.
📣 How You Can Help
Helping is simple. All you have to do is reach out to a venue near you and ask them to book Captain Matt and The Boatcrew. That initial introduction is everything.
Once you’ve reached out, send us proof. Fill out the form below and from there, we take it and run with it.
And don’t feel like you have to carry the whole thing yourself. You don’t have to find all three venues for one location. Just one solid lead helps us start building that region. That’s how this becomes a true Family Built Tour.
